How do I fix "The homie for this objective is unavailable. Please try again later."

Is this supposed to happen or do I just have to do a few more quests before this homie become available?

Is that thing happening when you select a mission from Kinzie?If yes then there is a mission when Kinzie becomes unavailable and you have to do another mission to make her available again...
