How do I increase the invisible barrier that turns you around?

I wanted to know how to increase the wall barrier that if you go too far says "Saints need you in steelport" and then turns you around. I want to know because I downloaded sandbox+ and whenever I teleport to stilwater and go to the bank the invisible barrier turns me around. So how do I increase it?
