How much was spent creating Saints Row The Third?

I'm not sure how much has been spent so far on Saints Row 4(four) but I have heard it is around 30 million.

Does anyone know how much was spent creating Saints Row The Third?

I did a Google search but was unsuccessful.

EDIT: Sorry I'm very new to the forum and didn't notice I was posting in the Saints Row 2 General Chat sub-forum.

Also, I followed all development news of the game from day one and I don't recall ever reading any information at all on budget. The only numbers I've heard thrown around was that Volition had roughly 1/3 of the staff that they did for SR2 which resulted in many features being cut or scaled back.
