How to Fix "Mission Success" Rate

So I just realize that even a year after release, SR3 is still riddled with bugs. I just noticed that I've been condemned to have failed some missions, even though I didn't. Something about the missions with Pierce during the second leg of the game (after taking the Morningstar Penthouse, but before attacking Loren) is causing them to register as failures even though I complete them (or in the Guardian Angel mission, when it transitions from one scene to the other).

How can I fix this? I have CheatEngine and know the addresses where Missions Attempted and Missions Failed are stored, but even with Missions Failed set to 0, I still have a less than 100% success rate (fun fact: before the Guardian Angel mission, I actually have a success rate of >100%). So if there's either a CheatEngine address/table or a save editor that digs into the stats (I know there's a save editor floating around, but it doesn't change stats), I'd appreciate it.

If the issue is on CheatEngine's side, it's not likely that anyone here wil know why. Besides, most people here will tell you that SR3 wasn't made with very good quality control, so it could be the game just messing up.

EDIT: Though you probably ruled this out, I believe that restarting a mission counts as a "failure". The game gives you the "mission failed screen" when you hit "retry or exit", so I'm assuming it counts.

My personal advice is to move on with your life. It wouldn't be worth my time to try to change a couple of numbers in the stats menu. Maybe you think it's worth your time, so good luck to you. Does it continue to show the wrong value if you save and reload? I'd be pretty surprised if it tracks success rate separately from mission failure and completion count.

Royce, no, the problem isn't on the CheatEngine side; I just used it after I realized I was getting marked as a failure, and I've also taken to running it when I play the game and forcing my Mission Failure rate to remain frozen at 0 but the Success rate still gets jacked. And yes, I did rule out restarting the mission.

Corrodias, how do you mean "save and reload"? I'm letting the autosave do its thing, so in that respect, yes I do save. And then when I exit to the main menu or exit the game entirely and come back, yes, but success rate is still screwed up.

I've attached my autosave after the penthouse takeover, if anyone wants to see for themselves what's happening with this.
