Hi I am very new to modding Saints Row Third. I am wondering what code doese this game use? How do I write my own mods from scratch? Also how can I change the ammo that the guns shoot. For example How can I make the mini gun shoot rockets? Any way please provide information that is easy to understand. Again I am very new to this!
