If anyone is experiencing their controller acting like a mouse (analog sticks moving cursor when moved) when using Xenia, I've found a couple of solutions to this (only the first one worked for me).
1) Disable Xbox Configuration Support via Steam (if Steam is installed) by selecting Steam > Settings > Controller > General Controller Settings.
**The above solution can also be done via selecting Big Picture Configuration via Steam's settings, though it didn't work for me.
2) Disable the use of your controller as a mouse via your PC's Control Panel (steps in link, this Windows forum post isn't mine): https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...ndows-10/b0400895-3ae0-449e-8b34-e227d3cc201b
