Tobias was my favourite homie in SR2, and being a Saint is just not the same without the smelly hippy that loved my terrible driving.
I have been trying (unsuccessfully) to replace a current Homie (cheapyd, probably) with a custom character that resembles Tobias (I even had big, and possibly naive, plans to try and use SR2 audio files). So far I have managed to only confuse myself, so I thought I would ask the experts.
Has anyone been working on something similar, or willing to create a mod for me?
I would also apprieciate any tips, because I'm probably going to keep trying, but I don't like my chances of success. I think I read that no new characters can be added, only replaced, and I really hope this is possible.

So I just realised Cheapyd is a DLC homie, and that goes against the forums rules, so I take that back.
