If I have full 100% control of all of Steelport, can I still complete the Vehicle Thefts? As some seem to rely on antagonizing -or stealing from- either The Deckers, Morningstar or Luchadores?
I'd really feel stupid on completing all Activities, buying all Stores and Properties, only to find out I cheated myself out of doing these fun jobs (A little GTA in SRTT).
(I recently restarted, as I'd gained total control and had not finished the "Taunt -50- Gang Members" in the Saints Book; no rival gangs anywhere anymore, so I pretty much ruined that one for myself. Same with the "Kill -50- Gang Specialists" of all Rival Gangs.)
