Image as design Crash

Whenever i go to image as design for example when i change the sex of my character the the body wont show up. i assume it was loading so i carried on and was editing sex appeal then it stops allowing me to esc out of the store so i have to go into task manager.

Logzta, do you have any mods installed?
If so, please remove them and try again and see if you still crash.
