I found some good programs on the internet to overlay images on programs and my first thought was that this would be great for the SR4 character creator.
Well, sadly it is not due to the constant movement of the character while in IaD. This removes the ability to use the overlay tool effectively as it is impossible to keep it lined up correctly.
I am here to request a mod that fixes this, disabling the ambient movement in IaD to allow for character creation using these programs for assistance.
