Import the time of day and the weather from SR3

Just an idea.
Is it be possible to import the weather from SR3 to SRIV ?
Something like the dawn, the afternoon and the dusk, plus a rainy version of each.
Since we have the controls for time of day in the ship, it could be nice to add these new times of day.

So, if it's possible with the actual modding tool, it would be nice if someone can does something like that.
