Forgive me if I made a post on what someone else had, I searched and didn't find one. Anyways, I liked my character's voice in SR4 because her voice is a tad higher. Is there any way to add this customization feature in Saints Row 3? So I can essentially keep the same character for both games (same voice)

it's hard to say. I think you can't. at least you have chosen FEMALE VOICE 1. Becuase the others are so different.
In SR4 you have
FV1-american(white?)
FV2-french
FV3-afroamerican or japanese? (I don't know because I'm from Argentina)
And in SR3 you have
FV1- american (same in SR4)
FV2- estern european or russian
FV3- latin american or mexican.
even so it's complicated but it is possible.

They games don't have the same dialog. The voice actors didn't read the same lines. You wouldn't have the necessary voice clips.
Rather, I think Ashmic is talking about the actual "pitch" option which I entirely forgot about until just now. I never used it. I think that's an engine feature you can't just mod in, though.
