In What Exact File Are the PC's Skin Textures In?

Hello! I've been searching for hours attempting to find the Player Character's skin textures. I've used the extractor to open up the "textures" and "pegs" folders, but have not been able to find anything. Any help would be appreciated :) Thank you for your time.

Well, I mean like, people made all of those custom textures for SR3 and 4, as well has the Texmod-able skin mods for SR2 so there has to be a way to edit the textures. Idk which file it is though :/
