infinite effects mod

can anyone make a mod so NPCs and vechiles stay under the effects from powers and weapons like freeze, antigravity etc. till someone kills them maybe expect burning and other effects that affect stuff around them cause this might cause some trouble and be annoying. I know this might be a bit OP but honestly who cares balance even the devs dont care since they added upgrades that let you be 100% damage proof, have infinte ammo and infinite stamina also if anyone thinks its to Op then just dont download it

They're present only in Saints Row: The Third, they got removed in Saints Row IV (though I brought them back in my Expanded Arsenal Mod ).
About your request, there's no way to make superpowers infinite, you can only make them extremely long. I'd recommend you Freezyburn's Ultra Powers - it makes all superpowers last 100 seconds and it also removes all cooldowns. And before you ask, here's my compatibility patch if you'd like to use it with Expanded Arsenal Mod, as you clearly installed my mod if you're talking about 100% damage upgrades.

well i guess 100 seconds has to suffice for now thanks and yes i did install your mod its very fun until you click on the camera in the buy/upgrade menu after buying it cause then i glitches and you cant leave the menu

That's a bug with the menu - there's no weapon without costumes or upgrades in the game so no one thought of this possibility. You should be able to close the menu after pressing ESC several times though.
