Initiation Station Crashes

I like to have Initiation Station because it lets you have every single bit of available customization items and stuff. But when I click "Play" in Steam, it says "Steam is loading your game", then up pops a window: "Initiaion Station has crashed. Windows is searching for a solution to the problem." It does this every time I load it. I've tried many different ways to load it, I've validated the cache files MANY times, each time saying that all the files are fine. HELP.
