Insurance Fraud - Adrenaline explosion on impact & ᴍɪsᴄ

As per title, this is a simple script that makes vehicles explode on impact while on Adrenaline if said vehicle's velocity is above 20 m/s^2

Play_as_player_in_zombie_uprising to play as the playa during zombie uprising, defaulted to on in SR2.Activities.Mod.ini

Download and install Ultimate ASI Loader, dinput8.dll x32 suffices for SR2.
Drag and drop the mod's ASI into the game's directory or into a scripts folder in the same directory as the game.
Idea came to me by @MasakoTeam, they showed me unused xtbl entries suggesting such functionality did exist (nothing else is leftover, this is a reimplementation as how I imagined it would have been.)

Also I do set the player to be in invulnerable when you do your first impact, and it most likely stays that way until Fraud ends, I've done this so you don't die from the fire.

The reason for 20 units choice is because apparently the Adrenaline_Speed_Explode would have been defaulted to 20, I could made it read from that entry but for me the value seem to default to 10000 for some reason so I opted for 20.f, this is changeable in BlingMenu but it doesn't save anywhere, soz

also untested for coop lol, also ik its a plugin but it's so small that I felt it fit in Activities & Missions
