Is it possible to add new vehicles to Saints Row The Third?

This Is Gonna be a Short Post
But Anyways, i just wanna ask if its possible to add new vehicles that are not in the game and have them working. I have PC version and i really like the nyteblade vehicle thing, but its not percfect i want to make it more sleeker and lower by changing the 3D model. is that possible?
And no i don't have any skill in 3D modelling :P
 
You can make the car lower by playing around in the vehicle's physics (carname_veh.xtbl). IIRC spring length and spring strength values are the ones you want to edit.
Other than that, doing stuff like bodywork is impossible. All you can do is edit variants with already existing ingame parts, but those parts are tied to the vehicle itself inside of the gcar_pc files, thus can't be used on other vehicles.
Editing existing vehicle variants in SRIV is already a cringe by itself though.
