Is it possible to create custom homies using creation station?

For example I have a version of me but would also like to add my friends to the game as homies. Hoping someone has come up with a mod for this?

Well you could:
1) get an npc model already in the game and add it as a homie and "pretend" it's your friend, you can Edit this npc model's colour.
We don't have the tools to create original npc's yet...
