Is it possible to replace some legs tatoo with stocking, high sock?

hi all. I've been started to learn modding recently with Sr3 and now Sr3 remastered. Afaik the only way to do stuffs with outfit is changing textures through specialK. I was trying to replace tatoo tex with stocking tex if its possible just like Jedi mod in Sr3 original. But i cant find any tatoo tex through specialK. Im new to modding so i dont know much but it would be great if pro modders could give me some advice about this xD
