Is there a mod that does this?

Is there a mod that messes with the ragdoll physics preferably just for npc's and not cars and such, like I am looking for something with some pretty over the top silly physics stuff, just for giggles.

just tweak the ragdoll settings in the weapons.xtbl or weapon_upgrades.xtbl files then shoot people down the street (as in stand in front of them and literately shoot them down the street).

look for "<Ragdoll_Force_Shoot> " and just add a couple of 000 (zero's) to the number thats listed
