Is there an extended slider mod?

I looked around here for quite some time, and I can not seen to find an extended slider mod for SR4. Or something that removes the slider limits for it. Has one simply never been made? Or am I just an idiot that can't seem to find it.
 
Any slider for SRTT should still work with SR4.

Yeah I figured that out and downloaded the file for it- was actually you that had posted it several months back (was just about to post saying that actually). I'm now trying to make heads/tails of how to actually *use* it in SR4 (the file I came across came with no instructions). Everything's sort of all over, and I can't seem to find a unified mod installer thing to put it into place and use it. I tried putting the file by itself in the cache folder but (unsurprisingly) that did not work.
 
Put the .xtbl file in the game root with the exe.
