Is there any way to increase draw distance beyond maximum settings?

Guys, is there any way to increase draw distance beyond maximum settings? I've already maxed out on scene detail so this should have provided me with a excellent draw distance, but I'm still getting objects popping into view all the time, specially vehicles and pedestrians while I'm driving or flying.

There isn't a way, and it's not simply the draw distance; it's that those objects don't exist outside of a certain distance from your character, or even sometimes your cone of vision.
