Is there any way to remove useage of guns?

Hi.... I am kind of new to modding, i was wondering if there is any way to remove the usage of guns for gangs? Im not sure if this is possible but i have no idea how to do it on my own.... If anyone has the time i would really appreciate some help. Thanks guys ;-]
I really enjoy the combat in this game.... I would really love to see massive fist fights if this is even possible.
