Is there any way to rip the radio commercials and talks in SR2?

Good day. I'm looking all over the Internet for information about audio ripping, but it seems mostly outdated. I've heard that some new tools were published, so I'd like to ask here just in case somebody knows.

Is it possible to rip all the radio broadcasts from Saints Row 2? I need some sample for my maybe-gonna-be video review of SR2 plus just for fun

There are tools, but there are a couple of problems. The audio is extremely low quality to begin with, and the tools make it even worse since they don't extract 100% correctly and leave an odd windtunnel/flange effect on the output. This is as far as it ever got:
