Is this impossible to do in saints row 2?

I always wondered if there where some way when you shoot a NPC they leave only their shoes or clothes, to give to that retro sci-fi look.

Another thing would be modifying groin pain reactions. Is it possible to change when a NPC is shot in the groin with a stun gun and does the groin pain animation instead of ragdolling. And to make the NPCs scream in pain when being shot in the groin, like with Street Lessons with Uncle Garry. When NPCs get shot in the groin there's this creepy silence that kind of bothers me.

While not SR2, in SR3 you -do- have pain voices for people being shot in the groin, but on some NPCs it is either quieter than the usual voice or missing (like in this case). Probably the related voices tied to their voice persona is not in the files, but I'm not sure if people have figured out adding new sound files entirely like that.
