Issues with Polish strings

I bought Glass Roots Pack and Presidential Pack. Here's what I saw after launching the game:

I also decided to check weapons cache:

I thought it's because of mods, but after removing them it's the same.

I tested it on the English version and everything is good. It's something specific with Polish version...

By the way, the GAT V Pack isn't localised, too. Everything is in English. It doesn't bother me that much personally, but for someone else it might be a valid rant.

Is it just in English or is it displaying the debug text as shown above?

Is there a Polish word for Knifethrower?

It's just everything in English, no debug messages as far as I noticed. However, Aisha's earrings have their correct Polish name ("koła diwy", diva's circles or so).
The closest word would be "Miotacz noży" (thrower of knives).

Does anyone know why this Polish patch isn't included in the original game while it is in Game of the Century Edition on consoles?
