(IMPORTANT) dificulties_levels XTBL file isnt necessary but to enjoy this mod as intended it is required also starting a new game is recommended if you want to experience the higher property prices

This mod is a work in progress
it includes-- my personal enhanced vanilla fov. i edited the guns to be more up to par. i also edited the property prices tp be more expensive but not to expensive, so i added more money for gang kills to make going on rampages a bit more rewarding. i am working on adjudsting the hit points of vehicles so that cars dont blow up after a mag dump. Stay tuned for more things to be overhauled I am working on overhauling most of the gameplay. I released this early to get some testers.
You now have more ammo when you purchase the ammo upgrades for pistols and rifles. Imo I ran out of ammo too fast and I didn't want to have unlimited ammo to go on a decent rampage (lvl 1- 1.35% more ammo[was 1.15] lvl 2- 1.50% [was 1.25] lvl 3- 2.0% [was 1.5%])
Weapon tweaks
Most guns have longer range and faster ttk, non shotguns kill with 2-5 shots or 4-7 shots without difficulty xtbl
Difficulty_levels xtbl
1. You do the same amount of damage on every difficulty setting. 2. I upped the damage output to 1.7 .
k8
1. has higher damage. 2. lower rate of fire. 3. higher recoil. 4. replaced the audio. 5. 40 rounds in mag until you upgrade it
ar55
1. lower damage. 2. much higher rate of fire. 3. upgrade lvl 3 now 90 round magazines. 4. full auto. 5. Changed audio
Viper ausault rifle
1. lowered overheat factor. 2. decreased npc accuracy. (I hated how stag would laser beam me from a couple blocks down the street)
ka 1 kobra
1. increased rate of fire. 2.full auto. 3. lowered damage. 4. increased ammo in mags.
45 shepard
1. increased rate of fire. 2. increased ammo by 1 on the lvl 3 upgrade.
Stun gun
1. Longer range. 2. Longer incapacitated time. 3. Shorter refire time
shotguns have more range
The sex hammer has higher rate of fire.
The grave digger shoots 3 shots instead of 1( I am working on changing this to only be when you upgrade to the 3 barrel) please forgive me lol
The tek z submachine gun has more base damage
The flame thrower brute can now be killed much much faster by shooting his gas tank
I am working on car handling and car tuning I will have each car feel unique.(not yet implemented)
theres more changes i need ppl to test and tell me the bugs i left. i have been busy as hell and forgot a few changes to remove.

(Fixes) there was a property too much to purchase in one of the early missions. The property price is now $20,000 and the hourly pay will $5000.
