Jedi's tattoo mods question

Ok I got his tattoo mod and put the vpp file it made into the cache folder in saints row the third as it instructed... but where/how do i access the tattoos ingame?
 
Im guessing thats the tattoo shop? (i dunno I dont play the game Im asking for my pc illiterate friend lol) cause he says he went there and didnt see anything that seemed different and if it WAs a different/new tattoo he could tell.. maybe you should give me the name (if the tattooes have names) of one of Jedi's tattooes to I can ask my friend if he sees that one i the shop to verify if he has them or not
 
If your friend doesn't have the mod installed, he won't see anything different. If he still doesn't after installing it, he likely installed it wrong.

I can't give specific help on the tattoos, not having used the mod, but that's pretty standard for graphics mods like that.
