Vehicles Jetpack in Saints Row 3

Hi, good night.
I was playing SR3 until I thought, well, could have a jetpack in the game, like the GTA jetpack.
Well, here's the idea, thanks if anyone can do it :)
p.s. there is no need to be able to shoot with the jetpack.
 
The next Saints Row game is so far into development at this point that player feedback and suggestions will most likely not be considered anymore, so any feedback now would go towards the game after.
