That is not an npc morph. That is a hacky way of hex editing meshes to change existing clothing into npc body/face meshes. It's also extremely buggy so use at your own risk.

It can't. Once again, this is a buggy hacky way to wear the npc body as clothing.

I know it's been years ago but is it possible to wear the npc full body as clothing. I want to play as Johnny Gat so bad.

Also, why not use Johnny Gat's jacket from Saints Row IV to Saints Row The Third. In Saints Row IV, his jacket is available to buy. I'm just sayin though.

This was posted back in 2018, I know, just want to reply. Anyways, can't use anything that is DLC since that is considered piracy.

Porting DLC stuff between games is fine, making it available for free isn't.
