Just a cape (clothing)

Sorry if this has been asked before, there's like 80 pages of requests. If it's been made already in the mods or mods in progress sections, I didn't find it.

Anyways, it would be nice to have just the cape from any of the super hero clothes to put it as a "backpack" item slot on to other outfits. You could make like a super hero cheerleader or whatever you wanted instead of the few caped suits/outfits from the DLCs which are decent but not very customizable.

If this falls into "using DLC stuff" and is therefore impossible, sorry that was not my intention. I have had all the DLCs for years and I am unsure if there is a cape (or cape-shape) from a non-DLC piece of clothing you could use, if that is required.

I think this falls under creation of a new model; "Do NOT request the creation of new cars, weapons, clothing, or anything else that would require a new model. We do not have mesh tools and requests such as these are currently impossible. I wasn't suggesting to create a cape from nothing, I said from other clothes ("from any of the super hero clothes"). I've seen suits and outfits split up many times to allow better customization.

As with searching yeah it is nice but sometimes technology and new mod tools allow mods to happen months later that previously weren't possible, as the most recent thread containing "cape" is 6 months ago (May 2015). The other threads saying you cant split up the suits were over 2 years ago (Oct 2013), so I hoped things could have changed by now. I did search the mod releases before posting, thread by thread. I didn't want to necro-bump a request thread that may be irrelevant or contain people who don't even play or mod (or even visit this site) anymore.
