When I have the Disintegrator equipped, when I kick a car, parts of it fall off and have the disintegration effect and disappear as if I shot that part of the car. I sort of like it, but I doubt it should happen.

That's more of a feature than a bug.
This reminds me of the electric feet you'd have in SR2 when you'd kick a car with the shock paddles equipped.
Sounds like it might be both? passive aggressive buff picking up the disintegrator effect, via bug, when you kick?
