Hello!

SR4 is great as is, but I wonder how can I increase the pedestrian and cars spawn rate (and maybe add existing pedestrian like Morningstars)? If it is easy, which file should I change? I have Sandbox+ mod installed and peeked through the spawn_info_groups.xtbl and notice that there's entry like <spawn_drunk_pct_day>0</spawn_drunk_pct_day> that could mean the spawn rate. But I think it's for trigger like that awesome zombie spawn.

Consider downloading my NPC Behaviour and Spawn mod, which does all that and much more.

I was interested in it, but currently it won't work with HTSSC missions.

Just uninstall the mod using the included tool if you want to play through them. The SSC story missions take about half an hour to complete, you can put the mod back and play through the rest of the game afterwards. You also don't need to uninstall it to play the unlockable Saints Save Christmas activities.
