Lock the notoriety or remove special attackers

Hi there i read in the Mod Releases that there was a "No notoriety" mod which turns off all notoriety except the person you might shoot but i want a mod that will lock the level of notoriety (level 2 to be specific, cause only normal goons/cops attack) or remove the special attackers like the Brutes, the Grenade launching Luchadores, the fast skating girls (yea idk what they are called),tanks, helicopters, helicopter snipers etc.
A quick Yes or No reply would be nice and if Yes how soon should i expect this mode to arrive.

You can already do that with Sandbox+. Check the mod release subforum. It's stickied.
