Longer or Infinite day time.

Cause personally I hate the fact that day lasts mere minutes and nighttime lasts hours! Is there any way to change this?

Yah, if you grab Idol Ninja's compile of Gentlemen of Steelport (GoS) for Sr3 in it there is part
of the base pack a mod for cheats, that also doesn't flag your game saves (feature).
If installed, part of the extra cheat pack is now a cheat to change time of day. It might take several toggles,
but you can end up in day, night, or other periods in between. Random toggle . Just exit the cheat to see if your finally
in time of day you actdually want.

I use it here all the time as I prefer skulking around at night. Bright neon lights and all make me happy/

Used as is with that pack will not flag your save as cheated, unless it was flagged before . I understand it can't
remove that flag but if it wasn't flagged already then the saves wont be flagged forever afterward. SOme sort of magical rubber is included.

So problem solved.

Oh, and I don't get what you said in your post. In my8 games, if it is daylight , it never changes. Until the game reloads
or you die and the session reloads. Then the time of day can change. It is random in this game. There is NO
time in the game while playing. (not affecting the light anyway). So if dark, it stays dark, if light it stays that way.
I can leave the game running for days in the dark and it never turns to daylight or vice versa unless you reload.

It's not random. It cycles through each TOD in order.

True, the cycle of 4 is: morning, midday, evening and night.
I noticed that midday is the worst lightning on player model, while the other 3 are great. Also in morning time you encounter people doing yoga in different places^^ and then smash the hell out of them (that's yoga too i think eheh)

I do know about TGOS I use it all the time. But it starts to get tedious to keep on going into cheats and turning it on every time nighttime starts.
