Looking 100% below your character

When jumping around and trying to land on specific targets, it would be really awesome to actually look directly below your character to aim. But as it is, you can't.
Is it possible to crate a mod where you can angle the camere further up so you look completely vertically down at your character?

( Yes, the description sucks... I can not find the right words. But I think it's understandable, no? )

This would definitely be great when using something like DFA for example. Just went through doing the challenge for this and one of the biggest gripes I had with it was that once I got in the air, I wasn't even able to aim at where I wanted to hit as I couldn't direct it anywhere near right below me, rather 30ft or so outward.
