Looking for an vehicle mod

Sorry for the bad subject, but here is my point:
If there is one already, point me to it and remove this thread
Anyway, I would like to request a mod that simply removes some of the cars having endless amount of gears. Take the car NEURON for an example. It just keeps shifting and shifting and shifting and shifting a little more.

What if I told you a real car can shift to lower gears?
See it like this: When the car hits the highest gear it can barely accelerate,
and in this case the car has not enough power at the highest gear to maintain speed and torque,
so it shifts back. You can hear that well at the infuego... or at least I can. I guess that was Volitions idea...
only the result is kinda bad...
