I was hoping to have a camera angle so that its centered, zoomed in and low enough so I can see my character better.

The above camera is close to what I really want, but I want the camera zoomed in more and not have a over the head view. If I go up to a building and use it to see my character better I want it to be able to see waist up.
Thanks to whoever can do this! I've always wanted to see my custom character better in game and I'd be very grateful to anyone that picks this request up!!!
