Lower the distance requirement for the "Distance Traveled in Alien Vehicle" challenge

Yeah, this is fun. Totally.

Seriously, 2.5 million feet is way too much, especially given that cars are mostly unneeded (and unused) once you get sprint, to say nothing of the rest of the powers. Maybe knock off a zero and call it good. I really don't have time to babysit my computer for 8 hours while I do circles.
