Machinima Tools Help

Hey guys, this is my first post, and I feel like if anybody know it'd be you guys.

I am looking to do saints row machinima and found this video

In the description there is a link to their website with a download, in the downloaded file it looks like there is an included file to mod your game with the machinima tools, the name of this file is.
Volition_SRTT_VideoCapture_RC1.pptx

I am not sure if that is the mod, or if I'm just dumb and that is nothing.

Please let me know if there is a way to install this into the game, and if not, a possible alternative

pptx... sounds like a file for Powerpoint, the Microsoft Office product? So, a slideshow/presentation.
