Make Cheats work in Coop?

Why did Volition make cheats like "Brains" if you can't use it in Coop.. i find that cheat being made for two players or is it just me? it would be nice if someone would do that.
 
I've already looked at it. It can't be done as far as I can see. The only thing we have access to with the cheat table are a small handful of flags. That's it.
