Make peds Not terrified of tanks

So i'm just cruising right down the street, Haven't done anything at all Didn't even run anyone over but people abandon their vehicles, Run directly into it's treads Making it really hard to keep notoriety down so i kind of want one that makes pedestrians keep on walkin' when a tank rolls by
