I owe one because of the genki pack included in the game that i bought but i've never seen one around in the city.

Yeah, they spawn all over the city all right...in the pirated version of the game.
I refuse to believe it's some super rare glitch.

Regardless of what your version is, "You can't store downloadable content you have not purchased".
There's your answer. No one's going to make a mod that will enable you to do that.

Just FYI, Manapult is a pre-order vehcile, not a part of Genkibowl VII.
