Map bug (weird)

i have a weird bug, dont know if its because of the update or if its something on the game, (started playing the game recently) there are parts of the map where the traffic just dissapear or they fall like if the road ends, happens on several specific parts of the map, cant continue doing missions cause whenever i enter these places, the player hangs and cant move, it does the animation like running or falling but stays like that and hangs in mid-air or if its on the floor i cant jump, what would cause that? also the menus wont open, have to ctrl+alt+del to finish the process, then a windows apphangB1 windows appears, saying the game stopped working.

That's... interesting. Like it isn't loading parts of the map.

Is it always in the same places?
Try verifying the game cache files in Steam.
Check the Windows Event Viewer for System events of the warning or error level that indicate disk problems.

Of course, the other good questions are if you have any mods that might affect loading of zones (or mods in general, of course). It does sound a lot like it's actually having trouble with memory loading map parts and thus not loading others, or possibly a script or something is having big problems. The menus not working is very interesting too, they should be separate. If you don't have mods, as Corrodias said verify the cache, it sounds like some files are corrupt and not loading right.
