Matt Millers Space Suit?

Thinking about it those Sr4 spacesuits dont really look that great hell most people rather wear simulation clothing at that. However looking at matt millers space suit id say that one looks pretty awesome!!!! Its the collar plus looks different in a way. Character skin maybe? No? Ok. oh well if anyone knows how please get this for me! thanks! on sr3 or 4 either way its a win. Matty approves!
