Menu locking up

After a lenghty playthrough ~2h in a row, I noticed a bug.
I was trying to retrieve Phantom bike from a garage, I had two options: Retrieve or Cancel. And then, the menu locked up. I couldn't click any option, press ESC or anything. The game didn't behave like it crashed.
EDIT: Happened again. Another two hours, this time modifying a car.

Try using http://www.saintsrowmods.com/forum/threads/minimauls-saints-row-iv-tools.3188/, specifically the ThomasJepp.SaintsRow.Stream2Update. Also, do you have any mods such as Idol's Customize any vehicle plus wardrobe color changer installed? I had these glitches on various vehicles, but I think using Mini's tools fixed it.

I used it once, didn't help. It's a common bug anyway and happened to me also without any mods.
