Merging texture mods?

So, here's what's up.

I want to merge two texture mods together.

The Deadpool Mask:

And the Iron Saint (Red Man ver.):

The problem? I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing, or where to even start.

I'd appreciate some help, because I would like both mods installed instead of having to choose one over the other, or constantly switch back and forth.

If the mods don't come with any .xtbl or .asm_pc files, then you can just use both of them as they are.
