Micronizer, future DLC or they cancel it ?

I totally didn't know about this, so I looked it up and realized it was referenced in the early achievements from before release. I poked around in the weapons table and you can still enable the Shrink Ray special case type on a weapon, along with the Glitch Gun, which has also been mentioned on the forums before and I think was mentioned in an interview or something pre-launch.
(These might be in a weapon mod already, not sure as I don't use any at the moment.)

it was likely converted into the Shrink element for the Stomp power. Same as the Glitch Gun becoming the Glitch element for the Blast power
I remember I unlocked it with a cheat code, but of course it shows nothing ha ha ha. So they convert it to the shrink stomp then ? (I was thinking about that, because it would be kinda stupid to have a gun that does the same effect, at the same it would be fun ha ha).

It's not anything planned for future dlc. Modding that effect to a gun would be just fine.
Speaking about that, someone does have a very very simple mod for a weapon ? I guess I have to change the effects for a gun and that's it but I'm not 100% sure... I know that the risk is pretty low to mess up the game, I just need to remove the file and pfffft it's done, should I try to edit an existing mod or doing from scratch ?
