Would it be possible to make the minimum notoriety 1, and allow rim jobs customization with notoriety, so that the store doesn't break? I find it odd that despite the fact you were supposed to be tortured in the simulation, cops don't seem to notice you flying through the sky, flipping cars, or even simply holding a gun.
