missing file, help please

i need the original misc_tables.vpp_pc
file, i downloaded my game from steam a month ago. i accidentally deleted it while i was adding a mod and it messed up the graphics of the game. i can't find the file online anywhere online, i was hoping that someone could just send me a copy of it so i can continue to enjoy the game. thanks!
